Boys Soccer and Girls Basketball headed to CIF Playoffs

Congrats to Boys Soccer and Girls Basketball for finishing 2nd in the River Valley League in their sports.  The Girls will play next Thursday at a site and opponent to be determined.  the Boys Soccer Team will play Wednesday next week at a site and opponent to be determined.  

Girls Soccer Senior Night

The Ramona Girls Soccer team lost to Norte Vista on Senior Night 2-0.  Sandra Ramirez had 7 saves for the Lady Rams. We finish the season on Thursday at Jurupa Valley High School.

Boys Basketball defeats La Sierra 63-53

Ramona’s Boy’s Basketball defeated La Sierra 63-53 to go to 2-5 in League and 10-14 overall.  Angel Alvarez, Chris Rodriguez, Nick Watson and Jacob McMillan all had good games for the Rams who host Hillcrest on Friday at 6:15pm.

Ramona will send 50 to the Women in Sports Conference

Congratulations to our Girls Basketball Team for defeating Patriot 42-38.  It was the first time Ramona has beaten Patriot in girls basketball since joining the River Valley League 8 years ago. Wrestling goes to 4-0 in league play

Ramona Wrestling defeated Patriot High School 45-27 on Wednesday, 1/24 to remain undefeated for the season and in league play.   Next week the Rams travel to Hillcrest to take on the undefeated Trojans on Tuesday night.
